Cisco Organic is beautifully balanced and wonderfully flavorful. It seems very low in acidity, a major plus for me, and it is complex to taste. I found hints of chocolate and caramel but my palate may not be the most discerning. In any event, I love, love, love this coffee. I am sure you will too!
