A friend is a chef from down south and recommended this as an after dinner drink. Chickadee is the only organic chicory coffee I could find - kudos to the roaster! It is really a very fine coffee with a good taste and flavor, there is no overpowering chicory - I'm sure there is less chicory than you get from you know who. I love the smell! Slightly nutty aroma. Great with salads or dsert like pecan pie!!
